I own Scrumptious, a cakery with a commercial kitchen and studio based in Manukau near the Botanical Gardens.
Over the past 10 years I have had the honour of creating hundreds and hundreds of cakes, cookies and cake pops. I have made multitier wedding cakes, cupcake towers, multi-themed wedding cakes, 3d engagement cakes, naked cakes, wedding cookies, figurines and sugar flowers.
I specialize in wedding and birthday cakes decorated in fondant and ganache. With such a long time in the industry I have had the opportunity and experience to build my skillset so that orders from the consultation to delivery stage run as planned and visions of clients are created. Due to a focus on quality I take on limited orders per week as each cake deserves an extensive amount of time, consideration and design. With 7 different flavours of cake and numerous flavours of ganache on offer your cake will taste as good as it looks. I am always keen to create a client’s vision and relish the opportunity to hear what you have in mind.
I have taught classes, demonstrated on tv, published in magazines, taken part in international collaborations and am a Pettinice ambassador and probably most important to me have numerous return clients who give me the honour year after year of creating their family’s celebration cakes.
