Kate has always had an interest in makeup, but it wasn't until her work experience at Weta Workshop in 2008 that she decided she wanted to pursue it as a career. After completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree at Elam School of Fine Arts, she went on to study makeup at The Makeup School in Ponsonby, Auckland.
Since beginning her makeup career in 2009, Kate has gained experience working in many facets of the industry. These include T.V, Film, Commercials, Advertising, Editorial, Fashion shows and Weddings. During this time she was very lucky to gain extensive training assisting some of the industries top artists across New Zealand and Australia.
Kate is fully mobile and can travel to your desired location, or if you'd prefer to come to her in a salon setting this can be arranged also.
