Savoury treats include lamb confit on a sable with mint cream cheese; beetroot cured salmon with horseradish cream. Delicate sandwiches and freshly made scones served with artisan jams and clotted cream complete the experience, along with a Vanilla Bourbon mocktail and an indulgent Tropezienne filled with pistachio cream and orange marmalade.

WINTER WARMERS AT EIGHT RESTAURANT
Head to Eight Restaurant for a fantastic mid-year mood booster that’s sure to clear up any winter blues.
From 26 July to 31 August, you can indulge in a sumptuous spread of comfort food along with all your favourites from Eight’s kitchens plus there will be special weekday prices from Monday to Friday.
There’s a delicious selection of Winter Warmers such as slow-cooked oxtail (dinner only), smoked brisket, crispy buttermilk chicken, roasted Brussels sprouts with cranberry and nuts, honey glazed parsnip and delicious warming crumbles for dessert.

A spicy Mulled Wine embodies ‘fire’ with a blend of red wine and brandy garnished with star anise, citrus peel and nutmeg, while an earthy mixes LWF white rum infused with mushroom, lime juice and a simple syrup.
Head down to the ocean for a Dirty Martini by the Sea, a salty blend of Imagination Seawood gin and Karven Bianco garnished with dried seaweed, or give your tastebuds a lift with our light-as-air Chamomile Cooler featuring Thompson two-tone, lemon juice and chamomile foam topped with fluffy egg whites.
