    Ingredients (serves one)
    3 lime wedges
    ​3 strawberries
    3 sugar cubes
    50ml sake
    1 strawberry to garnish

    Method
    1. Muddle lime and strawberries with sugar cubes. Add sake. 
    2. Add ice, shake and pour into a glass.
    3. Garnish with a sliced strawberry.
