Peach jam favour

To thank your guests for being a part of your day, and to give them a gift filled with love, why not make some homemade jam, which for those guests who travelled to the wedding could be perfect spread for their breakfast the next morning.
How to: Make jam to give as guest favours
Peach Jam
6 cups chopped fresh peaches
1 cinnamon stick
3 tablespoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups white sugar

Blanch peaches in boiling water to remove their skins, then peel, remove the stones and chop the flesh. Place all of the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a rapid boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for approximately 1 hour, stirring often, until the mixture reaches jam consistency. Sterilise jars in boiling water, then fill with jam and seal.
